How much is the shipping cost?
Styled House offers free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia. Shipping costs are included in the product price. All prices shown include VAT.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
How do I start the return process?
To start a return, email us at support@styledhouse.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
How long will it take to receive a refund after returning an item?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card provider may require up to 15 additional business days to make the refund visible in your account.
