Important Information

  • Shipping Details: All orders are shipped with reliable carriers such as DHL and include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel throughout its journey. If your item arrives damaged/incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–4 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically 7–14 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery Window: From order to delivery, you can expect your parcel within approximately 8–18 working days. In line with consumer law, all orders will be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
  • Taxes, Duties & Shipping Fees: 
    United Kingdom: All prices include VAT. No additional charges apply.
    United States & Australia: Prices shown are inclusive of product cost and shipping. However, depending on your local customs regulations, import duties or taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We will disclose any known additional charges before checkout where possible.
  • Additional Information: Currently, we ship all orders directly from our warehouse to addresses within the United Kingdom, The United States & Australia. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. In the rare event of unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly by email.

Shipping Process

  • Processing typically takes 1–4 working days.
  • As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you with a tracking code so you can monitor your parcel.
  • Delivery usually takes 7–14 working days after dispatch.

Possible Delays

While we do everything possible to deliver on time, delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to factors outside our control (such as adverse weather or courier disruptions). If your order is delayed, please allow up to 3 extra working days. If you still haven’t received your parcel, contact us at support@styledhouse.com, and we’ll investigate the matter promptly.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it. To cancel your order, please email us at support@styledhouse.com. After this timeframe, the order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled. If you still decide not to keep your purchase, you can return it using our Return Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours at support@styledhouse.com with clear photos of the issue. This request helps us investigate and support you faster, but it does not affect or limit your statutory rights. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
