Return Period
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items. To begin the process, please email us at support@styledhouse.com. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email support@styledhouse.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.

Return Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for the return.

Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- Return Costs: As stated above, costs depend on whether the return is due to fault/defect or change of mind. Use a shipping service with tracking.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. No restocking fees apply.
Please note: your bank or card provider may require additional time (up to 15 business days) to make the refund visible in your account.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@styledhouse.com. The fastest way is to return the original item first; once accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it. To cancel your order, please email us at support@styledhouse.com. After this timeframe, the order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled. If you still decide not to keep your purchase, you can make use of our regular return procedure.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours at support@styledhouse.com and include photos of the issue.
We’ll resolve it promptly and arrange a replacement or alternative solution.

Your UK Statutory Rights
- If a product is faulty, unsafe, or materially different from its description, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
- After 30 days and within 6 months, you may request a repair or replacement. If that is not possible, a partial refund may be offered.
- These rights only apply where a genuine defect or error exists at the time of delivery. They do not cover returns for change of mind, incorrect size or fit, or damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
