Important Information
- Shipping Details: All orders are shipped via DHL and include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel throughout its journey.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–4 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically 7–14 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated Delivery Window: From order to delivery, you can expect your parcel within approximately 8–18 working days. In line with UK consumer law, all orders will be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
- Taxes, Duties & Shipping Fees: Shipping to the UK is included in your purchase price; there are no hidden charges. All prices shown include VAT. If any import duties or additional costs apply, these will be disclosed before you complete checkout.
- Additional Information: Currently, we ship all orders directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. In the rare event of unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly by email.
Shipping Process

Possible Delays
While we do everything possible to deliver on time, delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to factors outside our control (such as adverse weather or courier disruptions). If your order is delayed, please allow up to 3 extra working days. If you still haven’t received your parcel, contact us at support@styledhouse.com, and we’ll investigate the matter promptly.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it. To cancel your order, please email us at support@styledhouse.com. After this timeframe, the order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled. If you still decide not to keep your purchase, you can return it using our Return Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours at support@styledhouse.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
